Responsibilities:

\u2022 Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on immigration matters
\u2022 Prepare and review immigration applications
\u2022 Represent clients in immigration hearings
\u2022 Monitor changes in immigration law and regulations
\u2022 Prepare and submit appeals
\u2022 Prepare and submit applications for permanent residence
\u2022 Prepare and submit applications for work permits
\u2022 Prepare and submit applications for study permits
\u2022 Prepare and submit applications for family class sponsorship
\u2022 Prepare and submit applications for citizenship

Requirements:

\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Law
\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in immigration law
\u2022 Knowledge of Canadian immigration law and regulations
\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
