Job Title: Systems Analyst

Join Randstad Canada as a Systems Analyst and contribute to the development of innovative IT solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will provide business and technical advice to clients, leveraging OPS I&IT solutions and applications to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide business and technical advice to clients, leveraging OPS I&IT solutions and applications to meet program/service goals and objectives.
  • Lead the analysis and documentation of design and architecture of systems solutions.
  • Oversee testing, integration, and implementation of systems solutions into clients' applications.
  • Guide feasibility studies and cost-effective analyses of proposed client I&IT initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and agreements.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with OPS standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.
  • Experience in carrying out Quality Assurance Testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Standards and AODA Compliancy levels.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Wireframes, Use Cases, and User Stories.
