Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for wound, ostomy, and continence care to join our team in Ottawa. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have completed the Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada (NSWOCC) WOC-EP program and hold current certification as a WOCC(C). A valid driver's license and vehicle are also required, as occasional travel may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities- Provide specialized holistic assessment and management of individuals with ostomies, acute and chronic wounds, and urinary and fecal continence concerns.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Educate and mentor colleagues on wound, ostomy, and continence care best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in wound, ostomy, and continence care.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous pension plan, you'll also enjoy a variety of perks and discounts.
