Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurse Specialist to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a key member of our nursing health care team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in need of wound, ostomy, and continence services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct practice to patients requiring wound, ostomy, and continence assessment, care, and management.
- Offer education to our nursing health care team, patients, and families on wound, ostomy, and continence care.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
- Current Certification as a Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse, ideally in a community setting and/or providing wound/ostomy/continence care to patients.
