About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our brand design team at EA Sports FC. As a key member of our creative organization, you will be responsible for shaping the development of our brand identity across all player touchpoints and creating world-class integrated brand design systems for the EA Sports FC franchise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand design strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of designers to create innovative and engaging brand design solutions that meet the needs of our players and fans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate brand design into all aspects of our business, including marketing, live services, and product development.
  • Oversee the development of brand design systems, including brand images, logos, typography, color, graphic elements, iconography, and motion-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality design execution and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a brand style guide that outlines our design principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand design and apply this knowledge to inform our design strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in branding and design, with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing multiple designers.
  • Proven track record of creating successful brand design solutions that drive business results.
  • Excellent design skills, including typography, layout, and visual design.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of designers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
