About the Role


NS Nettoyage et services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train a team of cleaning staff.


Responsibilities



  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team and ensure that all tasks are completed to a satisfactory standard.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that cleaning operations are carried out within budget.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of cleaning operations.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are integrated with other aspects of our business.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements



  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
