Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

NS Nettoyage et services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods and manual dexterity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The work site environment is noisy, with odours and dust present. The candidate must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and be comfortable with repetitive tasks.

Language:

The primary language of work is French, with some English spoken. The candidate must be fluent in French and have a good understanding of English.Work Term:

This is a temporary position with a variable schedule of 30-45 hours per week.
