Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites and facilities meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance operations
  • Recommend additional services required for facilities maintenance
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and bending
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work site environment is noisy, with odours and dust present.

Language

The primary language of work is French.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 30-45 hours per week.
