Job Title: Wholesale Buyer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Wholesale Buyer to join our team at Best Office Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring high-quality merchandise for resale, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and overseeing the distribution of products to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels and review requirements of the establishment to determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products that meet our standards.
  • Supervise the work of other buyers and visit trade shows, showrooms, factories, and product design events to stay informed about new products and trends.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in buying or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
