Job Title: Senior Advisor, Operational Risks

As a senior operational risk advisor at Desjardins, you will play a critical role in helping prevent, analyze, and develop guidelines for suspicious and fraudulent transactions. Your expertise will be essential in assisting with compliance, internal controls, crisis management, and the security of personal information and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs to support operational risk management.
  3. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and address major issues, providing recommendations to decision-making bodies.
  4. Represent the unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodies, effectively communicating risk-related matters.
  5. Negotiate on behalf of Desjardins, entering into agreements with external partners and organizations.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. A minimum of eight years of relevant experience.
