Job Summary:


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle of positions within your region, including reviewing and posting open jobs, sourcing and conducting initial interviews with candidates, coordinating additional interviews with the leadership team, and verifying employment eligibility.
  • Digital Presence: Utilize online platforms to actively source candidates, leveraging your professional network and online communities to identify top talent.
  • In partnership with the General Manager/Head Chef, develop a deep understanding of future hiring needs and create a talent recruitment and succession planning strategy for all hourly and salaried leadership roles within the region.
  • ATS Management: Monitor and administer open roles on Earls' Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with ATS guidelines, while also managing other existing job boards and establishing relationships with high-potential candidates in leadership positions.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences through timely, responsive, and clear communication throughout the application process.
  • Compliance and Governance: Adhere to Earls' standards, policies, programs, and compliance requirements within jurisdictional legislation.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish objectives, goals, and metrics; conduct regular meetings with the internal leadership team to discuss progress and provide reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as candidates sourced versus candidates interviewed and hired.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and foster relationships with schools, organizations, and communities by participating in hiring events to expand the candidate pool and strengthen Earls' Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Build relationships with partners and maintain an in-person presence to discuss hiring needs and create a referral pipeline.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Attend regular meetings with the People Ops recruitment team to discuss regional support, share updates, and receive information about Earls' strategies and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand.
