Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for staying informed of the latest trends and innovative sourcing strategies and platforms, recruiting techniques, and trends to attract and compete for top talent globally.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Audit processes and assess trends to create reports and tell the story with data.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop processes, best practices, and TA initiatives.
  • Research and recommend solutions based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, new technology/social platforms, best practices, and HR legislation.
  • Create high-quality training, documentation, and communications to support team initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate appropriate external vendors, consultants, and partners, and manage relationships and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with other departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline. A relevant designation is an asset. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience and a proven track record of developing corporate recruitment campaigns and strategies.

  • Demonstrated experience in the utilization of key social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and talent acquisition technologies.
  • Ability to analyze information and data and make recommendations and best practices.
  • Experience with talent acquisition KPIs and developing enterprise reports.
  • Results-oriented and with proven project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask, and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management skills.
