Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Galaxy Fire Protection. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and respond to fire alarms and other calls for assistance.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and adaptability.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
