About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Production Manager to join our team at Laleh Bakery Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Development and Execution

Develop and implement recipes for a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, ensuring consistency and quality.

Production Planning and Scheduling

Plan and schedule production to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Team Supervision and Training

Supervise and train bakery staff on production procedures, quality control, and safety protocols.

Quality Control and Assurance

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Setting

Bakery or related industry.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
