Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Production: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operational Efficiency: Draw up production schedules and operate machinery to optimize production.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and that health and safety regulations are followed.
