Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of pastry chefs and production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our standards of taste, texture, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the bakery to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry production environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
