Job Title: Shop Foreman

At Brogan Safety Supplies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. As a Shop Foreman, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our shop, assisting the Service Manager with various tasks and responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop, including training and overseeing the development of new technicians.
  • Work primarily in the shop, ensuring the work areas are kept tidy and cleaned at the end of the workday, and bringing any deficiencies to the attention of the Service Manager.
  • Ensure quality control regarding equipment in for service, both in terms of turnaround times and attention to detail and cleanliness and look of equipment before being returned to the customer.
  • Oversee cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment in the shop.
Working Conditions:
  • Workweeks are typically 5 days, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
  • The Shop Foreman may be required to work occasional overtime.
Employment Requirements:
  • Professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • First Aid certification.
