Job Title: Shop Foreman

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team at Brogan Safety Supplies. As a Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for assisting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop, training and overseeing the development of new technicians, and occasionally working onsite at client locations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Work primarily in the shop assisting the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the shop.
* Train and oversee the development of new technicians.
* Occasionally work onsite at client locations.

Duties:

* Answer all technician questions regarding stock, procedure, policy, etc.
* Ensure the work areas are kept tidy and cleaned at the end of the workday. Bring any deficiencies to the attention of the Service Manager.
* Ensure quality control regarding equipment in for service, both in terms of turnaround times and attention to detail and cleanliness and look of equipment before being returned to the customer.
* Oversee cleanliness, organization, and a safe work environment in the shop.

Working Conditions:

* Workweeks are typically 5 days, Monday to Friday, 10 hours per day.
* The Shop Foreman may be required to work occasional overtime.

Employment Requirements:

* Professional and courteous demeanor.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
* First Aid.
