Real Estate Showing Assistant

We're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Showing Agent Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers, ensuring a seamless and timely showing experience.
  • Work closely with listing agents and home sellers to coordinate property showings and gather information about potential homes and local communities.
  • Assist buyers in refining their needs and wants based on viewing properties and provide recommendations for additional homes that meet their criteria.
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Driven, motivated, and desires professional growth
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision

Compensation: $40 - $50 per showing
