Job Title: Vice-President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Vice-President - Health, Education, Social and Community Services and Membership Organizations. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in health, education, social services, and community development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and initiative
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility
