We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our Health and Community Services team at Kidsfirst Childcare Centre.
Job Summary:The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our health and community services programs, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and values. This role will require strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and community services programs that meet the needs of our children and families.
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., public health, social work, education).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a health or community services setting.
- Proven track record of program development and implementation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
