ServiceNow Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team at Forhyre. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on ServiceNow system support and implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain and optimize ServiceNow environments
  • Develop and configure custom ServiceNow enhancements and configurations
  • Own and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing proactive updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement tools and plugins
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for CMDB data quality
  • Utilize the Knowledge Base to find solutions from previous cases
  • Ensure accurate updates to ADO tickets and asset management systems
  • Create clear and concise technical documentation
  • Take ownership of tasks and manage them through completion, seeking help when needed
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and adapt quickly

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Proficiency in Office products and CMDB management
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Discovery Tools, and ADO
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
