Professional Financial Operations Specialist

At AppleOne, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakville. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and reviewing daily business transactions related to client accounts, paying regular invoices and monthly credit cards, and processing tax installments on behalf of client businesses. Additionally, they will sort and distribute incoming mail, maintain and update email correspondence, prepare and maintain client files, paperwork, and meeting notes, follow up on action items from completed meetings, and maintain and analyze client investment account records. The ideal candidate will also collect and prepare loan applications, track regulatory compliance, and confirm client appointments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A diploma or postsecondary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the financial services industry or banking.
- Excellent computer literacy, specifically in Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs), Windows, and Adobe for PDF editing and management.
- Customer service orientation.
- A professional designation such as CFP, CPA, PFP, or CSC is an asset.
