Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Technician to join our team at IDM Professional Corporation. As an integral part of our business operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Depreciation and Assets: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, ensuring proper tracking and reporting.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submissions.
  • Financial Software: Proficiently use accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to manage financial data and perform tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as accounting software.
