Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at GLOBAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Environment

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
