Account Coordinator

Job Summary
The National Accounts Coordinator is a key member of the team who provides administrative support to the National Accounts while gaining experience in managing small accounts.
This role works closely with the Account Management team to support their daily operations and activities, manage small accounts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Account Managers
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of client guidelines and instructions
- Manage the centralization of claims intake and triage of new claims
- Prepare data reports for clients and Account managers/executives
- Support the production of monthly, quarterly, and yearly client operational reports
- Provide reporting support and data management
- Assist with providing training and ongoing support for adjusters on National Accounts
- Subject matter specialist on the use and administration of client claims management systems
- Perform account/file reviews to determine operational compliance
- Manage small accounts under the guidance of leadership
- Manage a small pending of claims
Requirements
- CIP completion or actively working to complete
- Post-secondary education
- 2-5 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a claims adjusting role
- Experience working with data and exceptional MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
- Strong computer skills with an aptitude/ability to learn new software/databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently
- Ability to be licensed to work as an adjuster in Canada
