Account Development Specialist

At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Markham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance, and closure.
- Provide support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in customer service or client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
