  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive orientation program for new residents.
  • Ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
