About This Job

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in menu planning, inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service. Responsibilities
  • Monitor revenues and determine labor costs to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Cost products and services to ensure accurate pricing and profit margins.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in supervising and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
