About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Twists and More. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
