Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Twists and More. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake and decorate cakes and other baked goods to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
