Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Services Associate at Meridian, you will be responsible for understanding the financial needs of our Members and providing tailored advice and recommendations to meet their goals.

You will work closely with our Members to identify and promote solutions that add value to their financial lives, including investment advice and credit products.

Additionally, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding business goals, managing Member portfolios, and building strong relationships with our Members.

What You'll Do

  • Provide financial advice and guidance to Members
  • Identify and promote solutions that meet Member needs
  • Manage Member portfolios and build strong relationships
  • Meet and exceed business goals

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of equivalent work experience in a financial services environment
  • Strong business and financial industry knowledge
  • At minimum, MFDA licensing is required for most roles
  • Flexible to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and Saturdays
