Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Financial Planning Consultant to join its team in Owen Sound, Ontario. As a key member of our Personal and Commercial Banking division, you will play a critical role in creating custom investment solutions for clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced financial planning professional with a strong background in investment planning and client relationship management. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that meet the unique needs of individual and corporate clients.
  • Provide expert advice on investment products and services, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand their portfolios and meet their long-term financial goals.
  • Network and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial planning or a related field.
  • Financial Planning Designation (PFP or CFP or QAFP) and Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Digital literacy and proficiency in mobile applications.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
