Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain communication with stakeholders.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
