About the Role

Crew Chief Conversions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including establishing work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
