Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
  • Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
  • Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
  • Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
  • Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business



Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
  • General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
  • Working experience in EPIC an asset



What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $67,000
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 3 weeks' vacation and 14 wellness days
