We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team at GN INSURANCE AGENCY LTD. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for assessing potential client markets, calculating premiums, and establishing client insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Calculate premiums and establish client insurance coverage to ensure optimal risk management.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to clients' enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify potential markets and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Ensure that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries to resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, risk coverage, benefits paid, and other policy features to clients.
- Sell various types of insurance, including automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance.
- Provincial or territorial licence to practice as an Insurance Agent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Organized and reliable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Client focus and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
