Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Professional to join our team as an Auto Insurance Specialist. As a key member of our Online Auto team, you will be responsible for assisting active clients with their Auto needs via phone and email, and strengthening their relationship with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver superior customer service that promotes client retention
- Uncover clients' business challenges and act as a client advocate identifying their needs and providing recommendations
- Assist clients with their insurance needs by utilizing your knowledge of ICBC regulations via phone and email
Requirements:
- Laser-focused, you have a track record of achieving sales targets
- Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
- Master time manager, you can prioritize your workload with little to no supervision, plus you demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Insurance broker level 1 license
- 1 year+ of industry experience, specifically with ICBC
