Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train: Recruit, train, and develop a team of reliable and efficient cleaning staff to meet the hostel's standards.

  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet the hostel's operational needs.
