Job Title: Delivery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at Galaxy Home Furnishing Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
  • Train and develop team members to improve performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet business objectives.
  • Recommend personnel actions and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license and basic security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
