Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Decent Glass Inc. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and coordinate their activities to meet delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and control the movement of goods, ensuring they are delivered to the correct locations on time.
  • Prepare and review reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Train and develop the skills of delivery drivers to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary measures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of transportation management systems.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The role requires the ability to work outdoors in a noisy environment and to travel to various locations.
