About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at ALG Automotive Lounge Group Inc. As a key member of our Emergency Response Team, you will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and vehicle recovery services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Recovery and Towing: Safely recover and transport vehicles to designated locations, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Emergency Roadside Assistance: Provide prompt and professional assistance to stranded motorists, including fuel delivery, tire changes, and lockout services.
  • Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Management: Maintain and manage a fleet of tow trucks and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience; 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as towing, transportation, or emergency response.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Valid driver's license; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and customer service skills; physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in varying weather conditions.
  • Equipment and Tools: Familiarity with tow trucks and equipment; ability to operate GPS and other navigation systems; possession of steel-toed safety boots, safety vest, and gloves.
