Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tow truck to transport vehicles to and from various locations, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Safely transport vehicles to and from various locations, including accident scenes, repair shops, and private residences.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tow trucks, including brake adjustments, oil changes, and tire rotations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to vehicle owners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle transportation, maintenance, and repairs, including driver logs and inspection reports.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience as a tow truck driver or in a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's license.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often in varying weather conditions, and will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and wear steel-toed safety boots and a safety vest.
