Job Description

The successful summer students will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and organization of data within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program. This includes supporting data collection and cleansing efforts, collaborating with team members to identify and address data gaps, and assisting with data input and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program
  • Review and organize data collection requirements
  • Assist in data collection and cleansing for assets and parts
  • Work with data collectors to identify missing assets
  • Assist business units with data gathering and input in database
  • Assist with quality control checks for all completed templates prior to test loads
  • Assist with spot checks after test load
  • Digitize or organize documentation to be included in asset/part records
  • Participate in HxGN EAM System testing (SIT, UAT)
  • Responsible for updating data collection dashboard/reporting
  • Assist with administrative support

Requirements

  • Preference given to students enrolled in a full-time post-secondary program or entering full-time post-secondary studies in September
  • Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
  • Working in an office setting
  • Medium level computer experience (comfortable learning new technology)
  • Basic tablet experience (should be comfortable with collecting data electronically)
  • Medium level experience with excel
  • Comfortable communicating with others within a team setting and one-on-one
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and MS Teams
  • Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic
  • Works independently with little supervision
  • Possibility of some travel to other offices
  • Must be committed to Health and Safety

Background Investigation

The successful candidate will need to pass employment references and education verification clearances.
