Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at LotusFlare, you will play a key role in shaping the company's software products and driving their growth. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other product managers to ensure the timely delivery of product features without compromising on technical design and best practices. Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the vision, strategy, and execution of product features for LotusFlare's software stack
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Manage technical software products from kick-off to launch
  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative data to develop the most remarkable user experience
  • Define core metrics that measure the drivers of the business
Requirements
  • 5+ years of previous experience in product management or software development in telecom domain
  • Able to discuss and work closely with engineers on high-level technical design and architecture
  • 3+ years of working in an Enterprise software company is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in telecom BSS products is a must
  • Knowledge and experience with at least three of TM Forum standards/frameworks (Information Framework, Process Framework, Open APIs, Open Digital Architecture)
  • Valid TM Forum certification is not a must but preferred
  • Knowledge and 3+ years experience with either one: Product Catalog, Pricing, Order Management with at least 1 completed customer project or 1 completed product development
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Able to effectively synthesize disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
