The Canadian Brewhouse Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing and preserving our reputation for quality customer service, innovative thinking, and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees and managers
* Embody The Canadian Brewhouse values and culture
* Maintain the interior and exterior of the building to the highest standard
* Complete payroll, place orders, create schedules, track fundraisers, and other weekly office duties
* Review and maintain safety, sanitation, and food-safe practices
* Plan, organize, and facilitate in-house and outside events
* Predict and analyze industry trends, budgets, purchasing, and labor

What We're Looking For:

* A passion for people and relationship building
* 2-4 years of business management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Hospitality or food and beverage industry experience is considered an asset
* Proven strategic problem-solving skills
* In-depth knowledge of financial tools
* Strong ability to communicate effectively
* Personal organization and time management skills
