Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to General Manager to join our dynamic team at The Canadian Brewhouse. As a key member of our management team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and contribute to the overall success of our business.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training for new employees and managers to ensure a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Embody The Canadian Brewhouse values and culture by promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the building to the highest standard, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming for customers and staff alike.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including payroll, ordering supplies, creating schedules, tracking fundraisers, and other weekly office duties.
  • Review and maintain safety, sanitation, and food-safe practices to guarantee customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate in-house and outside events, such as Crib night, 40oz steak night, fundraisers, and more.
  • Predict and analyze industry trends, budgets, purchasing, and labor to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in business management or a related field, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality or Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Proven strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial tools, including P&L, COGs, Inventory, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and customers.
  • Personal organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
