Overview

We're looking for a skilled Construction Manager to lead our large-scale projects. As a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience, you'll bring expertise in construction management, including design, budgeting, and scheduling. Your strong leadership skills will help drive project success, ensuring timely completion within budget.

About the Role

As a Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing overall construction management, collaborating with project managers, owners, engineers, and architects to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Leading project meetings with internal and external stakeholders to monitor progress and provide support to the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with design requirements and project schedules by supervising site trades, other site management, field engineering, and construction activities.
  • Mentoring project team members to foster career growth and development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A construction-related degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent technical training and experience working on large commercial projects (P3, Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Mission Critical, Retail & Transit, or Healthcare).
  • Advanced knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, and engineering drawings.
  • The ability to quickly identify problems, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions, and lead a large team to successful completion.
  • A passion for working in a team environment and providing mentorship and guidance to the site team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for continuous learning and growth within a diverse and inclusive environment.
