About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microservices Developer to join our team at Clearbridge Mobile. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our microservices architecture using the Spring framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop microservices using the Spring framework to support our mobile application
  • Collaborate with our mobile and backend teams using agile product and software development methodologies
  • Work with multiple teams across the organization to integrate our microservices with enterprise platforms
  • Design and recommend solutions to challenging problems
  • Prepare documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Java 1.8+ and functional programming
  • 7+ years of experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC)
  • Strong experience designing microservices architectures and APIs
  • Strong working knowledge of JUnit and Mockito
  • Familiarity with Docker, Postman, and SoapUI
  • Familiarity and comfort with agile development practices
  • Experience designing, developing, and documenting APIs using Swagger, OpenAPI, Redoc, and Asciidoctor
  • Experience with writing automated unit and integration tests
  • Experience with Git for source code management
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
