Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop microservices using the Spring framework to support our mobile application.
  • Work closely with our mobile and backend teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to design and recommend solutions to challenging problems.
  • Prepare documentation as needed to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Java 1.8+ and functional programming.
  • 7+ years of experience with the Spring framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
  • Strong experience designing microservices architectures and APIs.
  • Strong working knowledge of JUnit and Mockito.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Postman, and SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience with writing automated unit and integration tests.
  • Experience with Git for source code management and familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
