Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Microservices Developer/Engineer to join our team at Lorven Technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Microservices concepts.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Java 17 and Spring Boot 3, as well as experience with containerized application development and deploying applications in OCP/PCF/Kubernetes Cluster.

Additionally, the candidate should have experience with Git, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins/Helios, and other DevOps tools, as well as code quality tools like SonarQube, AquaScan, NexusIQ, and CheckMarx.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with JUnit development using Mockito and RDBMS like DB2, SQLServer, and SingleStore.

We are looking for a strong communicator and leader who can provide technical solutions for requirements and guide the team technically.

Good to Have:

Hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot 3, and non-cloud to cloud migration projects (WebSphere to PCF) and cloud to cloud migration projects (PCF to OCP).

Experience with APIGEE, Swagger/OpenAPI, and data store/caching services like Redis, MemCache.

Secondary Skills:

Excellent communication skills, Agile experience, understanding of IT standards and methodologies, and knowledge in Wealth Management Domain is desirable.
